If temporary vacancies in the field of HR need to be bridged or if the existing know how and management capacity needs to be complemented or strengthened on short notice, the  deployment of interim managers is an efficient and effective solution. This may be the case in special situations if e.g. another company has been acquired and must be integrated or if the position of the head of the HR-department has become vacant on short notice and a suitable successor is not yet available. More over interim managers may also be deployed to manage large scale HR-projects such as the set up and strategic reorganisation of the HR-departement, comprehensive evaluation and recruiting measures, the implementation of new HR-processes or the  development  of new concepts in the areas of performance management and remuneration. My services as interim manager include:
  • Taking over and leading the entire HR-function of a company or an organisation on short notice.

  • Setting up and strategically reorganising HR-departments.

  • Planing and deploying large scale HR-projects in all fields of Human Resources Management.

  • Basically my management consultation services on improving the “Demographic Fitness” of companies may be combined with my assignment as HR-interim manager. Such a combination would prevent disruptions between the results of the consultation process and it’s reduction to practice through the HR-function.
